4.1 Processing Time

• All products are handmade. Standard production time is 5–10 business days.
• Pre-orders will include estimated production times on product pages.

4.2 Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• UAE: 2–4 business days
• GCC: 4–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

4.3 Shipping Providers

We ship via DHL and Aramex or equivalent reputable couriers.

 

4.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or clearance charges.
• Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

 

4.5 Risk & Responsibility

• Once dispatched, liability for the goods transfers to the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

4.6 Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once an order has shipped.

 

4.7 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Deliveries

• We are not liable for courier delays or customs holds.
• If a parcel is lost, we will assist in raising claims with the courier but cannot guarantee compensation.
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (see Returns Policy).
