When will pre‑orders open?
Pre-orders open on 1st October. Our email list will receive an exclusive password to access the site before anyone else. Once the first release is sold out, new orders will be placed on a 6-week wait. The official site launch for all customers will be on 1st November

Yes — we ship internationally, with rates calculated and shown at checkout.
Are personalised items returnable?
Personalised items are non-returnable. Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
